These Terms describe MailForge as a client-operated software interface. By using the platform, the client accepts responsibility for their workspace activity, sending providers, recipient data, campaign content, compliance decisions, and resulting obligations.

Using MailForge
Workspace Users
The client is responsible for inviting users, assigning roles, enabling security settings, reviewing audit activity, and removing access when it is no longer needed.
Customer-Owned Sending
MailForge is an operating layer only. Client email providers perform the actual send, and the client remains responsible for their limits, policies, availability, costs, and consequences.
Accurate Information
The client must keep company, billing, sender, reply-to, unsubscribe, and contact information accurate and current.

Acceptable Use
Permission-Based Email
You may use MailForge only for lawful campaigns sent to contacts where you have an appropriate permission basis.
Prohibited Conduct
Do not use MailForge for phishing, malware, deception, credential harvesting, purchased lists, scraped lists, impersonation, harassment, or unlawful content.
Unsubscribe and Suppression
You must honor unsubscribe, opt-out, bounce, complaint, and suppression requirements promptly.
Provider Compliance
You are responsible for complying with SMTP provider terms, mailbox reputation rules, and applicable email marketing laws.

Client Responsibility
The client is solely responsible for campaign content, list source, consent, targeting, sending frequency, suppression handling, provider authorization, and compliance with applicable laws.
No Sender Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MailForge and Sahsee Technology LLP are not liable for claims, penalties, complaints, losses, blocks, or deliverability issues caused by the client’s use of the platform.
Indemnity Expectation
The client should defend and hold the platform provider harmless from third-party claims arising from the client’s data, campaigns, recipient complaints, unlawful sending, or provider violations.
Suspension Rights
MailForge may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for abuse signals, security risk, non-payment, unlawful activity, or repeated policy violations.
