Permission-Based Lists
Send only to contacts who gave appropriate permission or where another lawful basis clearly applies. Purchased, scraped, harvested, or guessed lists are not allowed.
Trust
This Anti-Spam Policy explains the sending standards expected for MailForge workspaces. The client is the sender and remains responsible for permission, content, targeting, unsubscribe handling, provider compliance, and all consequences of campaign activity.
Anti-Spam Policy
Send only to contacts who gave appropriate permission or where another lawful basis clearly applies. Purchased, scraped, harvested, or guessed lists are not allowed.
Every campaign should use accurate From, reply-to, company, and contact information so recipients understand who is communicating with them.
Marketing campaigns must include a clear unsubscribe path, and opt-out, bounced, complaint, and blacklisted contacts must remain suppressed.
Daily, hourly, and minute caps should respect the connected customer email provider policy and sender reputation.
Anti-Spam Policy
Do not send phishing, malware, credential collection, deception, impersonation, harassment, hate, illegal, or harmful content.
Do not rotate sender identities, domains, or workspaces to avoid complaints, blocks, provider limits, or enforcement.
Subject lines, sender names, links, landing pages, and offers must not mislead recipients.
Repeated sends to unsubscribed or suppressed contacts may lead to workspace restrictions.
Anti-Spam Policy
High bounce rates, complaints, blacklist events, failed SMTP health, or abuse reports may trigger review.
Customers may be asked to pause sending, prove consent, clean lists, fix authentication, or reduce volume.
MailForge may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for spam, abuse, security risk, provider violations, or unlawful sending.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the client is responsible for complaints, penalties, blacklist events, provider blocks, deliverability harm, and third-party claims arising from its campaigns.
